The Community Green Deal report was launched at SHAP’s annual conference at the Public in West Bromwich on the 1st December 2010.
The findings of the report were endorsed at the conference by Paul Spooner, the Regional Director for the HCA, and Alan Yates the Group Director of Regeneration for Accord Housing Group and the Chair of SHAP.
