Published in March 2006, the SHAP Final Report brings together findings from each of the key research areas and turns the outputs from workshops at the Delivering the climate change challenge event into activities that Sustainability West Midlands’ or other key agencies and partners will aim to deliver during 2006. The focus of these activities is to embed sustainable energy best practice into the planning and development system.

The activities identified within this report will form the structure of a work plan, to be presented to the Energy Saving Trust in April 2006, which will aim to continue the work of SHAP into 2006-2007 and embed sustainable energy best practice into the planning and development decisions of key partners.
